Back to boring

After the welcome change of scenery yesterday, today is back to dog walk shots - but I did at least take us the route to see if the seals were still there. They are! Max and Charlie were hugely excited and I had a great deal of difficulty dragging them away.

Looks to be a wonky jetty, but clearly perfect for seals!

@anniesue Thank you. Sadly these old jetties are falling into a state of disrepair quite rapidly now

@narayani I have no idea why the boat is on the jetty. Owners probably live in Cape Town and just have a holiday home here? What would I give for a little boat of my own, while some folk just leave a boat to "rot away" in the elements

@pusspup Very wonky jetty. Unfortunately government interference and uncertainty means people are not putting the money into repairing and maintaining their jetties any longer, while the Department of Fisheries talks about taking over individual jetty rights
