Summing up our summer

Not much time a gain today, so a quick peep into our wet again garden.

I spotted this bedraggled, weather beaten flower, which I think is a Cornflower.

It looks like it has had enough of the rain, which is the feeling I am getting from you also, Sean. Hope sunnier weather is on its way for you. I really wish we could trade weather for a month - we are now officially in the dog days of summer - high heat and humidity, little rain (although we were lucky and received a good soaking last evening!)
