Forget me nots ~ B+W

Shot in our garden last night. The flowers are tiny, less than a centimetre across. While I was laying on our lawn to take the shot I must have been near a Blackbird's nest because the mother attacked me!

Thanks to all who welcomed me back yesterday. I am way for much of the next 10 days so will post when I can. Thanks again also, to @newbank for coming up with a challenge to tempt me back.

I am at the Chelsea Flower Show tomorrow and planning to visit a number of gardens whilst on holiday next week, so I have plenty of scope to get the camera out.

@seanoneill I hit the link without reading the remainder of your comment! I loved the flowers and, funnily enough had only ever seen his nudes before in an exhibition in Australia which I loved because of his incredible understanding of light.

@judithdeacon it's the secret to great photography I think. I think all his work is sensational. I buy a lot of photography books and his flowers book is sensational, it's not cheap but it is huge, I would highly recommend it.
