New Covert on the 1st

I have been missing from 365 for a couple of months now.During that time I started my 50th year!!

I have been so busy with Christmas and other projects for my businesses, so something had to give. After nearly 3 years it had to be 365 I'm afraid. Sadly, I have hardly picked my camera up in the last 2 months.

I am not sure when I will be back, but wanted to post a couple of shots and wish everyone who still follows me a belated Happy Christmas, and a peaceful and prosperous New Year. I expect that I will post during 2015, as I have set myself the target of posting 1000 main album shots and still have some way to go!

In other news, Sam turns 18 tomorrow, has passed his driving test and received 4 offers (Exeter, York, Warwick and Royal Holloway) of University places to read Politics from September 2015. Ben has continued to progress, and we received the results of his 24 hour ECG just before Christmas. The following sentence was in the letter from his consultant, "we think we have fixed him!" I even made it onto Radio 5 last week to say thank you to all at Glenfield Hospital!

Lots of other things we've done, and lots of "projects" bubbling along, but I don't want to drone on, so take care my friends. We are off to the Isle of Wight for New Year with friends, so maybe the camera will find its way into my hands again.
Hi Sean! Glad you could drop in. Missing your shots. This of course is lovely! Happy New Year!

Nice in black and white too, but I prefer the color because it's so bold.

I like the textures and the subtle tonal variations in the field. classic and lovely capture.

Happy birthday to Sam, well done on passing the driving test and also on attaining a standard that results in so many Uni. place offers. Spoilt for choice!
Great news of Ben too , it must be such a relief for all of you. All the very best to you, Rebecca and the boys for a wonderful 2015.

Superb shot. You're absolutely capable of putting less is more into practice. Great to hear that Sam and Ben are doing so well. This must have been some year for your family. I wish all of you a wonderful 2015!
