10 weeks into the year, I have been walking thousands of steps around the village and beyond and on a massive dietary readjustment after one too many tellings off from my doctor! Fish and Chips doesn't feature heavily!! Though I have now lost 23lbs, and promised myself a Fish Supper when I've lost another 1lb!
