@jeancarl A friends son was a cadet for Kitsap County, a while back. Wanted some photos of him and a car, he being in full uniform. I didn't get to drive it, but could sit in the driver's seat, start it and turned the lights on, what a kick!. Oh, NO siren, didn't want to wake the neighbors (for five miles around), so imagine what hitting them in a parking garage would be like!!
