@andycoleborn Ha, It was her fringe that caught my eye for this shot! I love the 5D and I am just starting to use the video. The quality over my 60D is quite noticeable especially in the depth of field. The HD quality is superb! I only use manual focus when using video. The AF feature is too slow especially in live view. The high ISO capability is such a plus.

My little pannsy TZ7 does fantastic HD video. I've been looking at video editing software but that is a minefield , especially with all the different standards....my panny does AVCHD lite ....do either of you do video editing and what do you recommend (I used to do use an old version of pinnacle for my canon mini dv tape stuff)...cheers

@phil_howcroft Two years ago I took a class in Final Cut Pro 7 and got certified by Apple in this editing software. A professional editing program that has a lot of options. When I need something done quickly without any bells or whistles I use iMovie on the Mac.
