Magnolia

Looking west from Queen Anne Hill, I took this shot of the Magnolia Bridge and the Magnolia neighborhood. The bridge crosses Smith Cove. Magnolia is a secluded area only being accessed by three bridges. Puget Sound is to the west and Elliott Bay is to the southwest.

Love the composition here and the image is nicely balanced for me. The highway provides a very nice sense of depth reinforced by the layers from foreground to background, and the ship balances wonderfully with the homes on the hillside. Just a wonderful image I really enjoy viewing.
