A few days ago, while walking on an interior trail in Lincoln Park, sunlight was filtering through the trees. I spotted these three leaves, on the same branch, which were backlit by the sun. The backlighting enabled me to clearly see the details of the three different stages of change in these leaves so I took this shot. Thanks for your views and comments. They are much appreciated.
