This shot is dedicated to all of the veterans who are serving and who have served in the USA's military. My dad was a WWII veteran, and the guy I was with for many years was a Vietnam War veteran. I spotted these patriotic-colored padlocks (symbol for love) on Alki Avenue in West Seattle last month and wondered what the story behind the locks could be. Thanks for stopping by :).
When I first saw this, I thought love locks. Then the blue, white and red tricolour: La France. But I like your dedication on the 11th November.
My grand father was in a Lancaster bomber in WWII - never to be found. :(
