The Cascades are to the east of Seattle and don't reveal themselves as often as the Olympics that are to the west of Seattle. The area you're looking at is a portion of Elliott Bay, the waterfront, SODO District and more interior is a portion of the International District. I did some messy cloning in the bottom right corner where the vessel's white cabin area and name are to take out a couple of leaves :).
