Not a great day for taking pictures - my ankle is still a little tender and I know I have to be ready for our workshop on Thursday so I am being careful.
Today's word was MOTION - not a good day for that as it was very calm and still and I was unable to get out to find something else.
So I'm revising my word to MOTION (or lack thereof)! This Canada flag was just hanging there - not moving at all - very unusual!
