After a delicious lunch at the CN Tower with a friend from Shetland visiting Canada for the first time, we made our way around the outside observation deck, but passed up the opportunity to stand on the glass floor - two of us have severe aversions to heights! But then lo and behold - in the elevator taking us back to the ground, there was a glass patch in the floor! 115 floors high, travelling at 22 km per hour, the ride down took us about four minutes. Makes me dizzy just looking at this picture!
