This is my church that I have attended since I was 4 years old. It was built in 1922 with the front part added on in 1953. It is now a very tired structure and needs so much work done to it to bring it up to code - money we just don't have. We are in the process of making some major changes in the use and purpose of this beautiful building, and hopefully, with the blessings and approval of all the levels of government we can still be a vital force in the community and continue to serve the people of Mimico.
a church is such a good structure for the community to meet and receive help. hope the funds come through soon.

Nina, it was a crazy week - and once I got behind it was really hard to catch up - think I am there now..... Note to self: take the time each day to post!!
