Milkweed Pods

An early afternoon walk along the waterfront in Penetanguishene yielded some great flora - these are milkweed pods containing next year's seeds

Very interesting shot. I have hear of the milkweed but can't think that I have ever seen one, but certainly have not seen the seed pods.
