The artist that I follow, Harriet De Winton, makes this look like such an easy project but the pictures are so tiny and the brushes are minute so it's quite tricky. I'm a bit behind but I'm determined to complete it. In case you're wondering day 3 is a pavlova (not a hat with antennae) representing a Christmas tradition in Australia and day 4 is a woven Danish heart. It's nice that she's including traditions from around the world.
Whoa!!! You are so dilligent with these! All those details. I just love the perfection in yours. I really thought I saw her calendar. After you posted the idea, i looked it up and started following this. I think the artsy gang did some crocus tutorial from her - maybe I am getting them confused. But I agree, she makes them look so easy, and she's painting with so minute brushes...

@monikozi Thank you! I'm in awe of HdW's work. Her freehand sketching is incredible as well as her painting. As I say she makes these tutorials look so simple - but far from it haha! I'd love to see if anyone else is doing the same. π
i don't think i'd have the patience to do something that minute, my hands do shake and my eyes are crossed. but this is a fabulous result for your efforts, kiddo. aces!
