This is some bark of a tree in my backyard. This shot kind of reminds me of an aerial view from Google Earth or Google Maps. Either way, it has some pretty interesting texture to it. Not a whole lot happened to me today except we went for a family walk in the afternoon. The weather was pretty nice out. I tried to get some shots of the full moon also, but all you could see is just a circular white light with no features. Any advice on taking moon shots?
Interesting textures here. Not familiar with the ins and outs of moon shots though. Some cameras have settings for night shots, if yours does then it might make mention in there.
I took some moon shots last night when it was dark. Still old same problem. I am going to try to take moon shots during the daytime and see if i can get more details. Please let me know if you find something that works and I will do the same for you.
@daisy I actually did take a shot of the moon on the 2nd and it turned out pretty good. I did however, have to crop some of the original shot since it was mostly sky. For some reason though, I did not choose to use it for my 365 Project.
