My dad took this photo of me at The Loop Pizza & Grill. I had a nice lunch there of pizza w/ mushrooms and olives. Yum. My family ate at the restaurant with my grandma and her friend Ivy. We had a nice time together. Afterwards, we went on a couple of errands and returned home. Later I talked with my uncle Charles for a long time about colleges and the SAT and he called to wish me a happy birthday. For my birthday gift(s) this year, I pretty much just got money: $325 to be exact. That's pretty good for a 17th birthday! Also, the weather today (especially in the afternoon) did not feel like it was January!
