Doughnut Chips and Pretzels 9.11.12

This was the food I had at our Anglo-Saxon "mead hall" in English class. Everyone read their boast that they wrote and after a few people had gone, they would eat their food. It was really fun. Afterwards, I had a brief Latin Club meeting in which we nominated officers and talked about upcoming events.

Goodness me... I am not sure that any Anglo-Saxons I know would traditionally eat this! I would be very polite and drink mead though!! hic!!
Looks like fun though, and makes for a colourful shot!
