This is what I had for dessert. This turned out to be the color opal, which I read to be mostly a whitish kind of color.

You could also say the chocolate is dark like onyx.

Not exactly opalesque but it looks pretty yummy so I'll approve of it as I go and get myself a bowl and a spoon and attack the freezer....!
