Orange Berries 10.16.12

These are some berries I spotted on our walk this afternoon. They are pretty much identical. Does anyone know what kind they are?

I'm not sure what they are. Unfortunately I only have a book for wildflowers and bugs. But you might be able to find out for yourself by typing in orange berries in google and see what comes up.
