Delayed reaction, but this is an attempt at colour harmony challenge for the 52 week Dogwood week 2. These are all from my fabric stash currently being made up and trying to show the complementary colours:
* purple and yellow
* dark green and orange
* lime green and shocking pink
So far I have made pyjama bottoms out of the yellow, my daughter has made a hooded top of the dark green lined by the purple, which took a certain amount of pinning on to her as we tried to clone a jumper. There are plans to use the lime green and orange together and the grey sweat-shirting at the bottom with maybe the purple and/or the orange as lining. There is lots more orange in the stretch towelling too (like the lime green), but it's almost certainly going to make night clothes (chilly mortal, my daughter).
Three good things for yesterday:
1. lots of goodies in the very reduced sections last night
2. I found a big bundle of garlic to play with
3. my daughter finished her green and purple top.
