This is for Flash of Red February Seeing the Light - trying to get shadow and light to show form with a bowl of cherries (from Chile, much reduced as going out of date), white bowl on a white windowsill catching the afternoon sunshine.
Three good things:
1. Beautiful sunny morning and I got out for walk;
2. Snow pretty much cleared making the pavements safe, but frost freezing the ground meaning it wasn't muddy underfoot.
3. I found a pile of fallen willow wands, so I've made more circlets for the dream catchers we're making in a couple of weeks time.
