Older brother and girlfriend have taken little brother climbing, but they are far too involved in each other, not belaying ropes for the little brother, who is just about holding on, maybe. And the cycle continues ... (Inspired by the purple lightbulb container, I've been meaning to use for a bit.) For violet Sunday in the Rainbow Challenge, using paperclips for the last time, which were inspired by the Dogwood 52 week challenge that this week is focusing on trash.
Three good things:
1. another lovely day and we got out for a walk this evening as well as the usual wander;
2. we worked out how to fit the trousers I was making (pink stars on indigo fabric) so they might work;
3. Useful articles in this month's sewing magazine for various ideas.
Thank you for looking and your amazing comments and faves. I prefer to look at your pictures rather than thank you individually below.
This series has been wonderful to follow.
We are partners in this week's get pushed challenge. How do you feel about playing with textures and patterns?
Love the use of the yarn for the climbing tools!! I just loved your paperclip series so much. Really cool to see how you came up with great settings for them :)
Poor little guy - he is just hanging around!
