A rain storm sweeps across the horizon. Where we live isn't particularly high, but is higher than the surrounding landscape. We can often see rain showers approaching, but then they veer away from the hill, and we see them pass us by. Very frustrating after a dry summer when the parched garden is crying out for rain.
