Curve, the principle theatre in Leicester. It was opened in 2008, and is the centrepiece of the "Cultural Quarter". It is an impressive building, which, despite an open area in front, I think needs more space to be appreciated. Although it towers above the surrounding area, at ground level it is is hemmed in by mill buildings, several storeys high, now all converted to apartments.
