Mist blankets fields in the Soar Valley. It was a surreal sort of morning. A sea of dense low mist in much of the valley gave the impression of walking along a coastal cliff top, over 100 miles from the sea. The scene looks cool and damp, but it was was remarkably warm for Autumn.
