Rocks to Roads

Stockpiles of granite stones, stored before being coated in bitumen for surfacing roads. Blasting at this granite quarry produces block of concrete each the size of a family car. The blocks are transported by massive lorries and conveyors to crushers, which reduce rocks to the desired size. The resulting pieces are stockpiled, and taken to the bitumen coating plant within the quarry before being delivered to the site where they will be used for road surfacing.
I like the shadows.
