More purples on a winter evening. After a mild few weeks, it has turned frosty, and there was a distinct nip in the air when we returned from the evening dog walk. At least the dogs aren’t too muddy when we get home – where the path is next to a hedge, and in shadow all day, the morning’s frost has remained, leaving mud and puddles still frozen.
