Grey gloomy quarry buildings through grey gloomy misty rain. Thank goodness for gorse to add some colour. Had to take our long haired German Shepherd to the vet after this soggy walk, for a routine jab. Despite a brisk towelling, she was still damp when we got there. I am sure that the veterinary nurse must be used to that characteristic odour of damp dog.
