I think that the plant with the Hawthorne background is a Yarrow. It was taken during the last frosty spell – the alternative for a more contemporary photo would be grey skies over muddy fields., or just night-time shots. Maybe I should try one or two of those. Occasionally I can get home from work early enough for a late afternoon dusk walk, but we have discovered that our rescue dog Tia needs an evening walk, or otherwise we are quite likely to find a little present by the door the following morning…
