It was a “big sky” dog walk last night, when the lighting and clouds formed a duet that dominated the landscape below. The cows in the pasture a couple of fields away from our home had herded together into a far corner, allowing me and the dogs the freedom to roam around most of the open field, away from encroaching hedges and arable crops, enjoying the unobstructed skyscape.
OH how I love sky pictures! Always changing, and as my mom would say ... "if I painted it like it looks everyone would say ... it couldn't have looked like THAT!" but of course we know otherwise! Beauty!
