Mounts Bay by shepherdman

Mounts Bay

An early evening view from Mousehole Harbour across Mounts Bay, Cornwall, to St Michaels Mount. I love an evening stroll around the village during our stays in Cornwall. The day visitors have gone back to their holiday cottages, the evening visitors are in the restaurants or the Ship Inn, leaving enough tourists and locals enjoying the evening sunshine, many of whom love to stop and say hello to the dogs. We do find that thanks to the dogs we meet and chat to lots people who otherwise pass us by. We even meet people in a pub who recognise the dogs having seen them in another pub (Cornish views are OK, but they need to be sustained by periodic pints and pasties) and make a point of coming over to greet the dogs. It can really make your day.
This is just breathtaking!

I know how it is with dogs - always had two but now sadly, none! We have pasties and pints over here too but the filling in our pasties is not as good as yours! Love the Cornish coast!

Lovely pov through that harbour wall. Cornish pasties, yummy. No dog either now so always pleased to get a fuss of passing pooch.
