A suitable fill in for a late Sunday posting – the parish church in Farsley, West Yorkshire. We have become familiar with the community hall at the back of the church, which has been a regular venue for granddaughters’ birthday parties. I love Victorian churches, and Yorkshire seems to do them particularly well.
That church has been around for a few hundred years, probably! Lovely old yellowish stone and the headstones are still standing up! Some of our older ones here fall over!
