Still filling in with a few early spring Yorkshire shots, in this case the evening view from the front of my sister’s home in West Yorkshire. What was a farm and farmland was turned into a golf course quite a few years ago, and my sister wasn’t very happy about it. The public footpaths have been retained, but dog walkers have to stick strictly to the routes, and beware of flying golf balls. This is not conducive to a relaxed evening stroll!
That's too bad for your sister and her neighbors (unless they're golfers.) I worked with someone once who had a farm. She & her husband kept buying land around their farm as it came available so no one could encroach upon their property.
