Taken on the morning @shepherdmanswife and I headed for the wildlife ponds to see the sunrise reflected in the water (which turned out to be frozen) this was taken from the quarry edge, above the pond, the sun rising over the south Leicestershire countryside. I descended the steps to the pond, and saw the sunrise for a second time, this time over the icy water of the pond.
