The sun was setting and the air cooling after a warm day as we walked down to the "Sheep Field" this evening. This field is alongside the river, at the bottom of a shallow valley, sometimes a frost pocket. This evening as we walked through the field we could feel alternate areas of cold and warmth as the air finally settled down for the night.
