Leicester, as viewed from the top of Croft Hill on one of those evenings when shafts of sunlight through dark clouds spotlight discrete areas. The city centre is 8 miles from the Hill, but I never take binoculars when dog walking. It was interesting to see features that I don't usually notice.
That's a huge crane! Building work going on in the centre of the city - as usual! Great view!

I like to see how the sunlight illuminates things through the clouds. Changes the perspective somehow.
