Our pooches have both had a minor operation - nothing serious, just the operation that dogs and bitches have at a certain age if an explosion in the population of dogs in the household is to be avoided. We are temporarily on pavement walks, and used as an excuse to explore local villages that we usually drive through. This is Thurlaston Church, visible across the fields from our back garden.
