Over the summer this iron curlicue was adorned with beautiful squash blossoms that grew from the seeds of a storebought butternut squash that I scooped out and tossed in the dirt. I kept waiting for squash but they never developed. Next summer I will harvest the blossoms instead for salads and pizza.
