So it occurred to me that my east coast friends might find me obnoxious for posting gratuitous pictures of palm trees and beaches in the middle of winter. But I'm really not trying to fool anyone into thinking my life is all sunshine -- the reason these sights are so novel to me is that I spend most of my time indoors, sitting at a desk. As I walked into my office this morning, I thought of all the work awaiting me this week and felt like this.
