During my epic journey to LAX (in the rain, in rush hour, before a long weekend -- not recommended), I was relieved to learn that my flight was delayed. Unfortunately, it's now been four hours since I got to the airport and I'm still waiting to board. In the time since I left the office, I could have driven halfway to Seattle. Sigh. Oh well... I'm just happy to get away (assuming I ever actually do).
