I never noticed this statue, which sits in the middle of Palisades Park, until tonight when I happened to park right next to it. It's funny what your eyes are drawn to in the light vs. the dark. You'd never know from this picture that in the daytime, this statue sits in the middle of a walking path overlooking the Pacific Ocean and scores of joggers, dogs, etc run right past it.
