In New York City, people are crazy about finding good apartment deals, and if you wait more than a New York minute to decide on a place, that place could quickly be gone. I'm learning to resist another New York phenomenon (the tendency to always hold out for something better) and tonight I committed to a new apartment (the first one I saw!).
