Hubby’s cardiologist and his nephrologist urged him to try Forks over Knives to bring his lipids down and to improve his kidney function tests. We have completed two weeks. Our friend who has been vegan for 4 years and is mentoring us, congratulated us with this totally vegan dessert. Even the ice cream is made with oat milk. I don’t think anyone would know it was vegan. It was delicious.

I have been mostly Vegan since 2020. It is one of the best choices I have made. It is a good time to convert, as the shops are much better equipped and it is a healthy choice for ourselves and the planet and animals.
