The big, dramatic sky is a great way to present a flat landscape. There's a petrified forest on the beach at Seaton Carew, should you ever be up that way, surprisingly beautiful given that it is a mile or two from Hartlepool.
@laroque Was not aware of this, I know there is a ship wreck of a wooden boat and also quite a bit of coal is exposed at low tide. The comment has however prompted me to post a picture 2-3 miles down the coast from Seaton Carew at the mouth of the River Tees see 6th May.
