I'm owned by 5 Longhaired Dachshunds. Jack, Jetson, Jordan, Lincoln, & Lego...They are known as the Sheridan Avenue Boys. My 365 Project will be all...
...for you are mine, At Last!... What a playful little saga this has been, and so good to see Jetson reunited with wee ghostie!
I love the additions of songs (you probably know that about me!) and most especially when I find I share a similar love of particular tunes. My tastes are eclectic, but not typically current...
Kay - I'm not sure where that scary piece of music comes from, but I just found another one from a movie called The Groke (I think). Love it!! I'm putting all of these together in a playlist so I can listen to them throughout the Halloween season. Ha! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJ6w8cB44eo&NR=1
Ha! I get scared, too! However, I think because I was scared to death as a kid to the point that it traumitized me for a good month...I decided to conquer all things scary by going after them head-first instead of letting "scary" sneak up on me. *grin*
I have to admit, though, Deb and I had a ghost encounter in our room at the Fairmont last month in San Fran (well, actually, she had it, but it happened right next to me) ...and it was my first real encounter with one...and it really creeped me out. Around 5:30am, she awoke to someone pushing down on the comforter between her knees. She thought it might be a leg twitch and held very still...and it happened again. She could feel it AND hear the rustling of the comforter. She pulled the comforter very tight across her legs and waited a second more...when it happened a third time. THAT was when I became aware of the ghost...when she began to kick furiously at the covers and yelled that the room was haunted. We talked with the front desk upon check-out and asked them about paranormal activity in the hotel. She admitted that there was a lot more reported activity than you would think, and that they would be sending a priest and a rabbi up to our room (626) before it would be occupied again. *Gulp* We later read online that the Fairmont on Nob Hill is in fact, very haunted, and most paranormal activity is reported on floors 5 and 6. *Double Gulp*
@swazzette I really like Creepy Music by Sangurov, the other one is okay. Thanks for links.
As for your experience - I grew up in a horribly haunted house, full of negative spirits. Even now, I sleep with the TV on and freek out when the electricity goes out at night. I would have been so OUT of that hotel room!
Jetson, I am so happy you have been reunited. I was beginning to expect Jack to make an appearance with your Ghostie. You choice in music is excellent, I can just imagine you swaying to "At Last".
