Lovely cosy fire light & am interested that you have your wood burner doors open !! Great border round the edge, makes it look very festive !!! I think yours is a Christmas house Diana !!
Oh how lovely and welcoming Diana. I do agree with Pat, @happypat however as you know I love your home every month of the year!! Love the basket of holly and the decorations on the beams.
@happypat It is an old Norwegian wood burner, it doesn't have glass doors it has a mesh guard that you can use if the logs are spitting. Then at night we close the doors to keep it in over night . thank you for your comment.
This is my favorite kind of view, and that is one of the most awesome fireplaces I've ever seen! A bread oven! I would not be able to resist testing that out. Have you ever baked bread in it? I just had to fave this one because it made me so happy and I want to look at it again.
