this is one of Jamie Oliver's recipes . I have been busy cooking today , for when the family come over for the weekend. The nice thing about this is you can leave it in the fridge for days and it improves the flavour, just have to put a puff pastry pie topping and pop into the oven until the pastry is cooked.
My favorite kind of meal for guests -- make ahead so there's little kitchen time spent once the guests arrive. Looks good already, even without the pastry.
