Rhubarb

I didn't plant the rhubarb that grows near my deck, so it more or less qualifies as 'wild'. One of my friends usually picks some and makes jam.

I had store bought Strawberry-Rhubarb pie yesterday. yum yum. never made rhubarb jam.

@bruni I guess it's more of a rhubarb preserve, but it tastes great. I don't make it, but when my friend does (using my rhubarb) she gives me a jar or two.

rhubarb and ginger is a nice combination.
